Santander sold 51% of Popular's real estate portfolio to Blackstone in August, valued at around €10,000 million. When the transaction is completed, early next year, Blackstone and Santander will manage more than 80,000 assets through Aliseda, of which 30,000 are houses from credit promoter. 21,000 of these houses will be transfer to other Socimis.
