The investment will be carried out through Platja Amplaries, of which the fund is a majority shareholder with 51% of the shares belonging to its subsidiary Aliseda according to newspaper El Economista.
The management of Aliseda is currently shared by Grupo Santander, who owns the remaining 49%.
