The new REIT has been listed since 2nd January and joins Fidere, Albirana, Corona Patrimonial and Torbel. About 85% of the assets are non residential, and the remaining 15% are retail, parking lots and warehouses.
Euripo controls, in its turn, 4 other REITS: Avir, Naya, Patrit and Mosela, advances Expansión.
The fund already has 23.000 million euro invested in Spain in the last 15 years.
