This event is organised by MIPIM, Iberian Property and Meridiana as well as the second MeetUp, which will take place in Madrid, on the 27th of November.
The Barcelona Catalonia Project and the trends of real estate international investment in these cities are two main themes of the first meeting in Barcelona, which will welcome public entities, private investors and market stakeholders.
In the Spanish Capital, an analysis of the real estate markets and its trends is one of the focus. Another one is related to the role of cities and their impact on its inhabitants.
These events will host speakers such as Albert Castro, Representative of MIPIM in the Iberian Peninsula, Mario Rubert, Head of City Promotion Abroad, Barcelona City Council and Mercedes de Miguel, Operations Director, Gesvalt.
