The information was reported by Spanish newspaper Eje Prime which revealed that these three projects, in total, represent a 60 million euro investment.
The new student residence in the Catalonia will be able to host receive, starting in 2022, 400 students. The student residence which is expected to open in 2021 in the city of Salamanca will be able to host less students, offering only 270 rooms.
The student residence planned for Oviedo – city located in the Asturias, in the North of Spain – should offer 317 beds starting in 2021. According to data gathered by the same newspaper, this building will have a total 2.739 sqm and a parking lot for 77 vehicles.
