The investment will be in the construction of two skyscrapers, already christened the ‘Sinforosa Towers’, of 26 storeys each: one of them will be a hotel; the other, a property with luxury homes of all kinds. According to Spanish Real Estate, work will commence in 2018.
The two towers are in an area of land by the Doña Sinforosa Park, in the first line by the sea, opposite the sports zone, and will have about 30,000 square metros of buildable space. The project will have a minimum percentage of hotel use, depending on the category of establishment wanting to locate there. This is also the usage that the Baraka group intends for one of the towers.
