Out of those properties, 1.200 are dwellings which can be bought for less than 75.000 euro, and the rest are garages, storage units and singular real estate assets, mainly terrains, industrial warehouses, commercial premises and offices.
The properties selected for this campaign are mainly located in the provincial capitals, commuter towns and small villages. In terms of typology, this campaign has both coastal and country dwellings, all second hand.
The campaign, commercially known as «Campaña Fin de Año» (End of Year Campaign), was developed together with Haya Real Estate, which is in charge of managing the bank’s real estate assets, and adds its own properties to the campaign, which started in September, coming to a total of 6.700 properties with discounts of up to 40%.
Concerning the properties, the offer is concentrated in the Valencian Community and the Region of Murcia, with more than 510 properties being offered in each. In Catalonia a further 390 assets were selected, 320 in Andalusia and 120 in Castilla-La Mancha.
