At the occasion, the admission of two new REITs was submitted for approval, namely Albirana Properties and Silicius Inmuebles en Rentabilidad, and the main goals for this year were presented. The different working committees and their compositions were also ratified, namely the Communication Committee, Legal Committee and Finance Committee.
Asocimi also presented the figure of the cooperating partner who might actively cooperate with the society by developing qualified reports and studies over the REITs’ activities.
Javier Basagoiti, Asocimi’s president, highlights in a release that «it is important to know our activity in a transparent and didactic manner so as to show the real value these companies bring to society».
