ASG Iberia invests €40M on build-to-rent

ASG Iberia should build 290 apartments for the rental market in the terrain it recently acquired in San Sebastián de los Reyes, in Madrid. This project should cost the company a total 40 million euro.

ASG Iberia invests €40M on build-to-rent

This is the first investment carried out by what is ASG Iberia’s sixth fund, which has a total 120 million euro to invest in other European real estate projects.

With this project, Activium SG (ASG) has a total 1.500 units for rent in Spain.
