The buildings will have in total 30 floors – the equivalent to 126 metres in height –, will host 450 new dwellings and a hotel, which should occupy 13 floors. Only 198 dwellings will be placed on the rental market, since the remaining 252 will be placed on sale.
Construction works on the skyscrapers, which promise to reach the Malaga skies, should be concluded by the end of 2023. There are several companies which will be contracted by the developer owned by German fund Aquila Capital. The construction will be in charge of Avintia and architectural studio Morph will design the project, according to daily newspaper Sur in its print edition.
