The share may reach 100% if Banco Santander, owner of the remaining 15%, exercises its right to sell.
With this purchase, DoBank intends to reach revenues of 255 million euro with Altamira, after the company reached a 95 million euro EBITDA at the end of 2018.
The operation should be finalized until May this year.
