The plot with 150,000 m2 was acquired in 2015 for €30 million. After an investment of €200 million, the operation started in 2017. This has been the main hub of Amazon for southern Europe.
According to Expansión, the intention of the company is to sell the land and industrial warehouse and remain as a tenant, preferably to a company that operates, at least, at European level. The operation also includes other logistics centers in Europe.
