A quarter of these assets is located in Andalucia, mentions Eje Prime. Around 19% are spread out through Catalonia and the Balearic Islands. The North and Centre of Spain are the locations of approximately 15% of the assets. Only 2% are located in the Canary Islands.
These assets are part of the company’s portfolio which has a total of 82.000 dwellings in Spain alone, and which is estimated at 54 million euro.
The amount the company, controlled by Apollo, will receive with these operations is not yet known.
