Augusto Monte will be responsible for the territorial teams, for all Altamira customers and product segments, and will report directly to Real Estate Spain's commercial business director, Marcos Beltrán, in charge of Marketing, Asset Management, Marketing and Business Acquisition.
The incorporation of Monte will be key to the growth of the company within the sector, given his extensive experience in the Real Estate business. Before joining Altamira, Monte was Culmia's commercial director for more than two years and previously held different management roles in companies such as Haya Real Estate, Vertix, Solvia and Neinor. His career will be fundamental for a company like Altamira, which continues to grow its business in both Spain and Portugal.
Since 2013, Altamira has increased financial and real estate assets under management from € 25 billion to € 51 billion. These assets include more than 120,000 properties. Its transformation has also been reflected in a very relevant increase in the number of clients, going from working with a single client to working with more than 25. Altamira today is part, together with doValue, of the first servicer in southern Europe, with more than 160,000 million in assets under management in five different countries.
Augusto Monte has a Law degree, MBA-MAJ from the Cardenal Herrera CEU University, Real Estate Agent from the Ministry of Development and has various degrees in urban management, real estate and marketing.
