By the end of 2019, it intends to have 65 dwellings in its portfolio, located in several Spanish cities.

During the last few months, QPQ acquired 8 dwellings in Madrid and Barcelona in an investment of more than 700.000 euro. It will close the year with 96 buildings under its management. QPQ only buys assets previously managed by Alquiler Seguro.
