The building is located at number 48 Avenida del Oeste which is also the headquarters of Spanish political coalition PSPV – PSOE, which sold the asset.
According to newspaper ValenciaPlaza, the new owner intends to maintain the current leasing contracts.
The developer – which belongs to Basque group All Iron Ventures – had the support of consultant Kategora.
