All Iron RE I Socimi has acquired a seven-storey property in Alicante for a total of 9.2 million euros, as the company communicated last Friday to BME Growth, formerly MAB.
The building, which has an area of about 3,650 sqm, is located on Calle Gerona in the Alicante capital and also has two commercial premises.
The project, which involves the entrance of the Socimi in Alicante, foresees the construction of a complex with more than 60 serviced apartments for short and medium stay accommodation.
