530 new dwellings will be developed in Madrid and the Costa Blanca, according to daily newspaper Eje Prime.
The projects are at different developing stages and that is the reason why around 100 dwellings should be delivered this year, but the remaining ones should only be concluded between 2020 and 2021.
Another goal from the developer’s director José Antonio Izquierdo for the coming years is to «revitalize the cities’ historical centres», which has already started at number 3 Calle Gadea in Alicante and at a building located at Calle Velázquez in Madrid.
Besides these projects, Alibuilding has a set of terrains where it can start other constructions. The company has the ability to develop 734 more units, revealed the same newspaper.
