The Hotel is located at number 62 of the Madrilenian street whose name it bears, in the neighborhood of Salamanca. It is currently undergoing renovation works with the aim of ascending its category, explains the Spanish Real Estate, with the involvement of Aina Hospitality together with the Didra Group.
Following its renovation, it will be a 5-star hotel, with 111 rooms and suites, a restaurant, rooftop, cinema, spa or fitness center.
