The hotel will be located next to the Costa Natura beach. Negotiations with operators have already started and, according to daily newspaper Eje Prime this Wednesday, the winner will have the opportunity to decide on the hotel typology: 128 rooms or 98 apartments.
The development of the hotel will include sanitation safety measures, amongst which an investment on mobile apps to avoid common contact areas.
Agred is part of group Agrojardín, which projected the development of more than 200 dwellings in the same municipality. This investment alone represents 100 million euro.
