In Madrid starts the commercialization of three new developments: Piteas, a set of 48 houses, located at Pozuelo de Alarcón; Fineo, a development comprised by 56 units at San Sebastián de los Reyes; and Cabot, a project for 28 houses, right in the heart of Madrid, near Puerta de Toledo.
In turn, two works begin in Barcelona. Nou Eixample, 88 houses at Vilanova i la Geltrú, and Torre Estronci, a building with 55 houses at L’Hospitalet de Llobregat. In this location starts the commercialization of Cook, a tower with 14 floors and 62 houses. In Sant Just Desvern starts the commercialization of Tasman, a development for 30 houses.
In Sevilla starts the construction works of two huge projects: Jardines Hacienda Rosario, comprised by 79 houses, and Villas de Arco Norte, a complex with 139 units, at Dos Hermanas. In addition, begins the sale of 54 unique houses, at Calle Ramón y Cajal.
In Denia starts the commercialization of Marina Real’ second stage, a development comprised by 80 houses. Starts also the sale of Campanar, a big complex comprised by 223 units, located at one of the most desirable places in Valencia.
Last July, started the commercialization of South Bay Las Mesas, one of the projects that AEDAS Homes will develop in Estepona.
