During the months of September and October, the company managed by David Martínez will participate in the housing fairs in Gothenburg and Stockholm (in Sweden), Brussels (Belgium) and Utrecht (Holland). Four meetings in which it will showcase its promotions on the Costa del Sol and through which it will promote the commercialization of its product to international buyers.
The promoter will be present at the fairs 'Buying Properties Abroad' and 'Spanish Pavilion at Second Home Expo'. The first is held in Gothenburg on September 15 and 16 and in Stockholm on the weekend of October 13 and 14. The second opens its doors on September 22nd and 23rd in Brussels and from the 28th to the 30th of this month in Utrecht.
"We look for the clients in origin and directly, providing them with all the necessary information of our projects. Something they value a lot," explains Mikel Artaza, director of International Development at AEDAS Homes. He adds, “Besides, we also contact with international commercial agents."
