The project is called Etheria and will include 41 three and four bedroom villas located in the El Cañaveral quarter.
«Construction works are expected to be concluded during the second quarter of 2020 and the houses should start being delivered during the third quarter», explained AEDAS Homes’ industrialization department development manager, Mikel Fernández.
In this regard, Fernández stressed that this system of industrialized housing helps reducing the impact in the environment, as well as reducing the timing for delivery by shortening the construction period. The latter is possible due to the fact that works are carried out in tandem on site and within the Factory.
