Aedas Homes is marketing 64 dwellings with garages, storage, and common areas – swimming pool and social club – in Bolzano, an offer with a wide range of typologies: 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments with prices starting at 162.500 euros. All floors feature wide terraces with maximum usage of spaces.
«The start of the construction works represents a new landmark for Bolzano and it will allow us to continue consolidating the AEDAS Homes’ project in this part of city, where this is already the third development we carry out, after Carreres 10 – about to be delivered – and Torres –under construction –», stated Iñaki Gracia, manager of Developments at Aedas Homes in Valencia and in charge of this project.
Architectural quality and high sustainability
Bolzano exhibits a differentiated design from architecture study Fenwick Iribarren, which incorporates a high sustainability level.
Iñaki Gracia noted that the cranes arrived before expected. «With this headway in terms of the start of the construction works, we also move ahead the delivery to our clients, which was expected for the end of 2022» pointed the manager, who further informed that the sales pace was in line with the optmistic expectations.
With Bolzano, AEDAS Homes placed on the market a product for all types of clients. «We have a wide range of typologies, from smaller apartments to premium ones with more than 200 sqm, an offer where the 250 t0 300 sqm penthouses stand out», specified Iñaki Gracia.
