This acquisition is part of the joint venture that both companies have constituted under the name of Espacio ACR Residencial, created for the development of houses in different areas of Spain, which started its activity with the development of 32 houses in Avenida de Daroca, Madrid.
The land, so far owned by Valladolid City Council, is divided in two plots with a total buildable area of 15,000 m2, where are developed houses with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, large common areas, children's and sports areas, in one of the most established locations in the city, and with qualities far superior to the standard in this type of houses.
Located between Avenida de Gijón and Feria de Valladolid, the development shall began to be built by the end of 2018, and will offer to the owners an environment with all type of services like schools, institutes and commercial areas. And just a few minutes away from the town center.
