Our Spanish strategy is to create a business of scale

through acquisition anddevelopment. Concentrating

on the top-10 key catchments, we aim to establish a

market-leading position in the country through own-

ership andmanagement of prime shopping resorts.

Aswell as our three top-10 Spanish centreswe also

have four development projects: intu Costa del Sol,

Valencia,Vigo and Palma, onwhichwe plan to invest

a further 388million euroswithin the next fewyears.

The group is also a major shareholder of Asturias

Retail & Leisure Socimi SA.
