Banif Investment Bank is already Bison Bank and wants to distinguish itself by the connection to China.

A few months after Bison acquired the investment bank Banif (BBI) through the arm Bison Financial, BBI drops this acronym and passes to Bison Bank.

Bison Bank, formerly known as BBI (established in 2000), offers services in the areas of wealth management, asset management and investment banking. The Bank provides a solid and seamless connection between the European and Asian markets.

Bison Bank is wholly owned by Bison Capital Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited (“Bison Financial”), which is a financial holding company registered in Hong Kong. Bison Financial is wholly owned by Bison Capital Holding Company Limited (“Bison”).
