Transitions Europe is an open-ended SRI-labelled SCPI. Its objective is to accompany the transitions facing the real estate sector by investing in a portfolio of diversified assets in line with current and future real estate market developments. Transitions Europe invests primarily in corporate real estate assets (offices, healthcare, education, logistics, activities, managed accommodation, etc.).
It is aimed at investors seeking potential returns, diversification, European exposure and who are looking for meaning in their savings.
