Navis is an independent firm specialising in the analysis, selection, structuring and management of collective investment vehicles in alternative assets and private equity.

One of its most recent projects is Atalaya. 
Atalaya is a project made up of three investment vehicles that invest in companies and assets in the hotel sector in the main tourist areas of Spain, particularly in the Costa del Sol, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. In this project TBH acts as hotel operator, and Andbank as comecial party.
