JLL has acted as one of the seller's advisors in the sale to Brookfield of the Triángulo Princesa real estate complex in Madrid. Located in the Argüelles neighbourhood, this 63,000 square meter complex has a 4-star hotel with 423 rooms, an empty 4,600 square meter office building, six commercial premises and a car park.
The immediate surroundings and the connectivity of the asset are favored by its proximity to the Plaza de España which, after a comprehensive reform, was reopened to the public in November 2021 with 70,000 square meters of new pedestrian areas and green spaces.
This acquisition represents the largest addition by Brookfield to its Selenta platform, acquired in 2021, and complements its portfolio of assets in Barcelona, Marbella and Tenerife.
