Intrum has renewed its long-standing partnership with Ibercaja for the management and commercialisation of the bank’s real estate portfolio, valued at €200 million. The new agreement, which runs until 2029, will again be executed through Solvia, Intrum’s property management platform.
The renewal extends a relationship of almost a decade and reinforces Ibercaja’s strategy to maintain continuity and stability in the management of its repossessed assets. Intrum, for its part, positions the mandate within its broader plan to strengthen Solvia as a leading servicer in Spain.
Solvia currently oversees more than 135,000 assets nationwide across residential, commercial and land segments, as well as a rental portfolio exceeding 15,000 units. Its operating model focuses on value maximisation through structured asset-management processes, data-driven decision-making and continuous monitoring of commercial activity.
