Pavlos Gennimatas, Managing Director of European Living at Hines, brings extensive experience in real estate development and investment. With a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and an MBA from Cass Business School, Pavlos has been instrumental in advising on a wide range of investment and development initiatives across Europe. Hines, a global real estate investment firm, manages assets worth $93 billion across 31 countries.
Lee Coward, Vice President of Investments in Europe at Oxford Properties Group, oversees investment strategies and capital deployment across the European market. Oxford Properties manages over $81 billion of assets across four continents, including office, retail, industrial, residential, and life sciences sectors.
Cristina García-Peri, Senior Partner & Managing Director at Azora, leads the group strategy, and prior to joining Azora in 2011, she worked for 16 years in the investment- banking sector at both Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan, where she held various positions across M&A and Equity Capital Markets, and for 10 years she was Managing Director responsible for Corporate Equity Derivatives for EMEA as well as Equity Capital Markets for Spain and Portugal. Cristina holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (USA), and has played a pivotal role in Azora's Southern Europe expansion.
Juan Pablo Vera, CEO of Testa Homes, has over 30 years of experience, including a decade in the home rental sector. He has been influential in addressing housing supply challenges and presenting innovative solutions in the Spanish market. Testa Residencial is one of the leading residential rental companies in Spain, owning and managing more than 9,000 homes across key regions.
David Martínez, CEO of AEDAS Homes, brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector. A civil engineering graduate from Madrid's Polytechnic University with an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, David has led major development projects in Madrid, including Distrito Castellana Norte and Valdebebas. Under his leadership, AEDAS Homes has achieved significant financial milestones, having currently land in Spain for more than 23,400 homes with close to 16,000 units already under construction.
Eduard Mendiluce, CEO of Anticipa Real Estate and Aliseda Inmobiliaria, leads two of Spain's foremost real estate asset management firms. Anticipa | Aliseda has 750 employees with extensive experience and specialisation in the real estate sector and it currently manages more than 11,000 million euros in assets and real estate loans for large financial and real estate companies. The company is also a leader in the decarbonisation of real estate and in energy consultancy for SMEs through EFFIC.
