Investing in Smart Cities and technology which will facilitate and improve the users’ lives was one of the main themes of this edition. Experts discussed these cities of the future, such as Dubai and analyzed their risks. «Digitalization implies an important change since it will help create an authentic roadmap», stated Nadimeh Mehra, Vice-president at District 2020 in Dubai.
Improving the users’ quality of life, creating a more efficient urban environment or designing environmentally friendly spaces and structures, were other subjects discussed at the more than 30 conferences scheduled for the event.
