The project involves the construction of 550 new houses in the Nou Llevant area, besides two shopping centres and offices, generating around 1.000 new jobs.
The news was reported by Expansión, according to whom the complex will have a total area of 166.000 sqm, of which 110.000 sqm will be for services (offices and retail), and 56.000 sqm for housing.
The 400 million euro investment includes the development and also the purchase of the terrains. The 1st stage for the construction of 100 houses will take off during next year’s 2nd quarter.
