The dwellings will be distributed through two eight floor buildings, which should have an efficient and sustainable energy system. This was one the Bilbao City Hall’s requirements to Amenabar when granting it the project and the terrain.
The real estate developer obtained the grant last November in a public tender for 9 million euro. According to Europa Press, this tender was contested by seven other real estate developers.
