Grupo Insur has formed an alliance with Grupo Inmoglaciar to develop a new residential project in Mijas, Málaga. The development, called "Balance", will involve an investment of 20.2 million euros and contemplates the construction of 75 homes. It is estimated that the project will generate more than 150 direct and indirect jobs and will have an execution period of 22 months.
This collaboration between Grupo Insur and Grupo Inmoglaciar seeks to consolidate the presence of both companies on the Costa del Sol, an area where Grupo Insur already has experience in the commercialization of real estate projects. The companies have highlighted that the alliance combines their experience and resources to create a modern project in an outstanding location, supported by an in-depth knowledge of the local market and a solid financial base.
The residential "Balance", with energy certification A, will offer two and three bedroom apartments, all with spacious terraces overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and some on the first floor with private garden. The design of the complex seeks to provide a balance between comfort and relaxation, with an environment that takes advantage of the natural sea and mountain views. In addition, the development will include more than 13,000 square meters of gardens and common areas. The facilities will include a central swimming pool with chill out area, a gymnasium, a social club, and barbecue and picnic areas for social activities.
The complex is located near the Hipódromo de Mijas and 800 meters from the new large park of the Costa del Sol, a space that offersá gardens, leisure and entertainment areas, such as an outdoor amphitheater and a navigable lake. Marketing of the development has recently begun, and it is located less than ten minutes from the beaches and 20 minutes from Mijas airport, offering accessibility and good transport links.
